  Annual Conference FAQs

  • Are meals provided? Three meals are provided. Breakfast Day 1, Lunch Day 1, and Breakfast Day 2. Accommodations will be made for dietary restrictions but you must list your dietary restrictions when prompted on the conference registration form.
  • How can I volunteer with conference planning? There are several opportunities to volunteer with the following committees: marketing/communication, sessions, on-site, vendors/sponsors, registration, social, and outreach. Committees begin meeting regularly in November. If you are not able to commit to serving on a planning committee, please consider volunteering on-site at the conference. You will have the option to sign up for an on-site volunteer role on the registration form.
  • How will I receive updates on the conference? Please bookmark the conference website for updates and check back periodically. The MOACAC newsletter and social media will include important conference announcements as well. Once conference registration closes on March 6th, you will begin receiving details via email that are specific to your arrival and attendance (i.e. parking, schedule, socials).
