MOACAC's Strategic Plan for 2026-2031

In April 2025, the MOACAC Executive Board began updating our strategic plan. We reached out to members for input on how MOACAC can better support counselors, institutions, and the students and families we serve. Your feedback helped us understand what’s working well and where our programs and resources can grow.  

The Board reviewed the feedback throughout the spring and summer. During our summer retreat, we dedicated focused time in small working groups to identify key themes, refine goals, and outline realistic action steps for our committees. This collaborative work continued into the fall, and the Executive Board finalized the new Strategic Plan in November 2025. We look forward to using this plan as our guide in the years ahead and appreciate the role each member played in shaping MOACAC’s direction and impact.
